2011
3/1/2011
– Last week I was laid off from my job at QUICKHIT. It was a great run while it lasted. So, I’m looking for a new game programming or
QA position, and in the meantime there will be a lot of updates to this website.
2010
6/13
– I attended Unity Day, the first meeting of the new Boston Unity Group. I wrote a small piece about it here.
2/8/10
– Last weekend I participated again in the Global
Game Jam, and added our
game to my portfolio. I also made a
few cleanup changes around the website.
2009
10/12
– I managed to get a job as a QA Tester for Quick Hit!
07/30
– Things have been a bit slow lately, so I’m taking some time as an independent
game developer to actually develop a game.
Tentatively named Lockdown,
I’ve set up its own page, as well as
detailing my progress on the game in my blog.
05/12
– I attended the first annual Independent
Game Conference East, held at Northeastern
University. Additionally, as I’ll be
participating in the Commencement
ceremony on May 16th at WPI, I’ve come to learn that I’ll be
graduating With Distinction (WPI’s equivalent of cum laude).
03/10
– I made the WPI Dean’s List for the fall of the 2008-2009 academic year. Additionally, as it’s the end of the term,
we’ve put together the release versions of the games I’ve been working on, Hooping
and Barricade. See my portfolio
for some more details about what I’ve done on those projects.
02/19
- I’ve updated my résumé, which I’m
sure you’re anxious to read.
02/11
– I got up in front of the crowd and helped present our entry from the Global
Game Jam at the February meeting of the Boston Postmortem.
02/04
– Hear about the Global Game Jam and more (when I get the chance to write) in
my new blog.
01/28/09
– Several items. One, I’m excited to be
working with Darius Kazemi of Orbus Gameworks and Tiny Subversions in an IMGD
Master Class about personal branding.
We’ve updated our MQP project webpage to http://www.hooping-game.com – look for
more updates coming from there soon.
Also, I’ve gotten back a reply, and it looks like I’ll be participating in
the Global Game Jam at the
Singapore-MIT GAMBIT Game Lab. Whoo! And, I’ve
signed up for a Twitter account,
in case anyone’s interested.
2008

– I took part of the IMGD Master Class series, under the tutelage of Ichiro
Lambe of Dejobaan
Games.

for games.
